Attorney Terrance K. McCleerey has been practicing law since 1970, and has focused exclusively on criminal defense for the last 20 years. He has been recognized by the Consumer Business Review as "the criminal defense attorney of the year" in both 2007 and 2008.

A former Judge Advocate General (JAG), attorney McCleerey is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice. He frequently lectures on criminal trial practice at Monterey College of Law.
